利用規約

本ウェブサイトおよび 森本美紀 / Inner Leadership Lab（以下「コーチ」）が提供するコーチングサービスをご利用いただくにあたり、本利用規約は、サービスに関する条件を定めるものです。
セッションまたはパッケージを予約・購入された時点で、本利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. コーチングの性質
コーチングは、自己理解、思考の整理、個人および職業上の成長、明確さ、ウェルビーイングを支援するための、協働的かつ内省的なパートナーシップです。
コーチングは、心理療法、カウンセリング、医療行為、またはその他の治療行為ではありません。精神的または身体的な不調について診断、治療、予防を行うものではありません。
2. サービスの対象および利用
本サービスは、個人または職業上の成長を目的とする方を対象としています。
セッションを予約されることにより、申込時に提供する情報が正確であること、また、コーチングの過程におけるご自身の参加、判断、選択についてはご自身で責任を負うことを確認したものとします。
3. セッションおよび料金
セッション料金は、別途書面での合意がない限り、事前のお支払いをお願いしています。
単発セッションおよびパッケージ料金は、各サービスページまたは事前のご案内に記載された内容に従います。
パッケージは、別途定めがない限り、購入日から6か月以内にご利用ください。
料金は変更される場合がありますが、必要に応じて事前にご案内します。
4. 予約
セッションのご予約は、ウェブサイト、お問い合わせフォーム、メール、または別途合意した方法により受け付けます。
予約は、日時の合意がなされ、必要に応じてお支払いが確認された時点で確定します。
5. 守秘義務
コーチングにおける会話内容は、原則として守秘されます。
ただし、以下の場合には、必要な範囲で情報を開示することがあります。
ご本人または第三者に重大な危害が及ぶおそれがある場合
法令に基づき開示が求められる場合
なお、ウェブサイトを通じて取得する個人情報の取扱いについては、別途掲載する Privacy Policy（プライバシーポリシー） をご確認ください。
6. クライアントの責任
クライアントは、コーチングを通じて行う意思決定、行動、およびその結果について、ご自身で責任を負うものとします。
コーチングは思考や成長を支援するものであり、特定の成果や結果を保証するものではありません。
7. キャンセルおよび日程変更
お互いの時間を大切にするため、以下のとおりとします。
キャンセルまたは日程変更は、セッション開始24時間前までにご連絡ください。
開始24時間以内のキャンセルについては、**セッション料金の100%**を申し受けます。
パッケージの場合、当日キャンセルまたは無断欠席は、1セッション分消化として扱います。
コーチ都合で日程変更が必要となる場合は、別日時をご案内します。
開始時間から15分以上遅れた場合、セッション時間が短縮されることがありますが、料金は全額発生します。
8. 返金ポリシー
単発セッションは、セッション開始後の返金はできません。
パッケージについては、未使用分に限り返金可能とし、返金額から10%の事務手数料を差し引きます。
9. 免責事項
法令で認められる範囲において、コーチは、本サービスの利用に関連して生じた直接的または間接的な損害、付随的損害、結果的損害等について責任を負いません。
10. ウェブサイトおよび外部サービス
本ウェブサイトでは、サイト運営、問い合わせ対応、予約管理、決済、アクセス解析等のために、第三者のサービスやツールを利用する場合があります。
合理的な範囲で注意を払いますが、外部サービスに起因する障害、停止、技術的不具合、または各提供事業者の方針や運用について、コーチは責任を負いません。
11. 知的財産権
本ウェブサイトに掲載される文章、ブランド名、資料、コンテンツその他コーチが作成したものに関する権利は、別途明示がない限りコーチに帰属します。
事前の書面による許可なく、これらを複製、転載、配布、商用利用することはできません。
12. 利用規約の変更
コーチは、必要に応じて本利用規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の内容は、本ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
13. 準拠法
本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に基づいて解釈されます。

Welcome to Inner Leadership Lab, operated by Miki Morimoto (“Coach,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms & Conditions govern the coaching services provided through this website and through direct communication with clients.
By booking or purchasing a coaching session or package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative and reflective partnership designed to support your personal and professional growth, self-awareness, clarity, and well-being.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or any other form of healthcare or treatment. Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental or physical health condition.
2. Eligibility and Use of Services
Coaching services are intended for individuals seeking personal or professional development. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for your own participation and decisions throughout the coaching process.
3. Sessions and Fees
All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices for individual sessions or coaching packages are listed on the relevant service pages or communicated directly before purchase.
Packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated from time to time, but any changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
4. Scheduling
Sessions may be scheduled by contacting the Coach directly through the website, email, or other agreed communication methods. A booking is confirmed once the session time has been agreed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
5. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken where disclosure is necessary:
if there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person, or
if disclosure is required by law.
Please also refer to the separate Privacy Policy for information on how personal data submitted through this website may be collected, used, and managed.
6. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship. Coaching is intended to support your thinking and development, but it does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To respect both your time and the Coach’s time, the following policy applies:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
For coaching packages, a missed session or same-day cancellation will count as one session used.
If the Coach needs to reschedule, an alternative session time will be offered.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened and will still be charged in full.
8. Refund Policy
Single sessions are non-refundable once the session has begun.
For coaching packages, refunds are available only for unused sessions, and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services provided.
10. Website and External Services
This website may use third-party tools or services, including website hosting, contact forms, scheduling tools, payment processors, and analytics services. While reasonable care is taken, the Coach is not responsible for service interruptions, technical issues, or the policies and practices of third-party providers.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and materials created by the Coach, remains the property of the Coach unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content or coaching materials without prior written permission.
12. Changes to Services or Terms
The Coach may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will become effective when posted on this website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
